Nuclear Reactions: Theory and Experiment

We warmly invite you to register for a one-day Workshop “Nuclear Reactions: Theory and Experiment” which aims to bring together researchers from across the UK and Japan to discuss recent advances in nuclear reaction theory and experiments. We hope to see as many of you there as possible and look forward to meeting you on Friday 7th March 2025 from 10:00 to 16:30. We strongly encourage participation from early career researchers.

Registration Form: Registration Link OR use QR code in the bottom right corner

Registration Deadline: 5:00 PM, February 20th, 2025 (Friday).

Venue: J Bell Burnell Lecture Theatre (Ground Floor, Schuster Building Annexe, University of Manchester, UK).

Our Japanese colleagues Prof. Kazuyuki Ogata (RCNP Osaka Univ. and Kyushu Univ.) and Dr. Kazuki Yoshida (RCNP Osaka Univ.) are visiting us during March 5-7, 2025. Making use of this opportunity, we are organising a one-day workshop which aims to bring together researchers from across the UK to discuss recent advances in nuclear reaction theory and experiments. The event will feature 7 invited talks from leading experts in the field from the UK, Osaka and Germany.
